This is a customer service sales job at our directly managed store. My job is to spread the word about Hyozaemon chopsticks, and to be at the forefront of understanding customer feedback, so my sense of customer service comes into play. They also have an important role in conveying customer feedback to our sales and product planning departments.

Customer service and sales at our corner in the tableware and chopsticks department or in-shop, and order management. When it comes to chopsticks, you will have accurate product knowledge and recommend products that meet customer needs. I also play the role of providing feedback from customers on the sales floor to product planning, etc. We also coordinate displays for the chopsticks section.

 

[Interesting and rewarding work]
We will recommend what the customer wants and what will suit the customer's needs, so sales will be based on conversation and communication. Many customers come back and say, ``I liked the chopsticks that were recommended to me the other day,'' and we're glad that they were happy.

Qualification requirements

・Sales experience preferred. If you are interested in chopsticks and tableware, please expand the profound world of chopsticks through your work.

Hyosaemon Hiroo store (5-3-9 Hiroo, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo)

Working hours

2-3 days a week (shift system/negotiable)

salary

Hourly wage 1,200 yen ~
