We received 3,500 entries for the 19th Hashi Senryu Open Competition, which was open to the public from April 1st to June 9th, 2024.

As a result of careful selection within Hyozaemon, the grand prize and other awards have been decided.

On Chopsticks Day, August 4th (Sunday), the annual Chopsticks Thanksgiving Festival will be held at Hie Shrine in Akasaka, Tokyo.
Hyozaemon supports this event, which carries on the will of Honda Soichiro, a leading authority on chopsticks in Japan.

Through the Chopstick Thanksgiving Festival, we hope to spread this wonderful Japanese tradition.
Anyone can participate, and we look forward to seeing many of you there.
