  *This also applies to chopsticks with black and red lacquer bases.
  *Adding decorative parts (gold marks, shading, patterns on the top cut parts, etc.) costs 550 yen (tax included) for each additional process or color.
  ◎ Shaved Chopsticks Series, Portable Chopsticks Yashiro: Available as many times as you like, free of charge.
  ◎Other chopsticks: from 1,100 yen (tax included)
  
  Separate return shipping fee: Yu-Packet (2cm or less) 310 yen, Letter Pack 430 yen/600 yen (tax included)
  *Prices may vary depending on the number of chopsticks and whether they are packaged in a paulownia wood box.

• Repair period

  About one month to one and a half months

  ・Chopsticks with names may disappear as the lacquer gets into the hollows.
  ・To make the surface of the area even and to make it easier for the lacquer to adhere, lightly sand the area before starting work.
  ・Depending on the type of wood or the type of paint, there are some items that cannot be repainted.
  ・Due to the different coating methods, we generally do not accept repainting of chopsticks made by other companies.
  ・Please note that this does not mean that the product will completely return to its original condition (new) at the time of purchase.
  ・Some items such as traditional Wakasa lacquerware, chopstick boxes, and bowls are excluded, so please contact us for details.

Broken repair / shaving

  ・Please also send the other pair of chopsticks that is not broken.
  ・Even if the broken part is a small amount, there may be a crack inside.
  In that case, we will contact you as we cannot repair it.
  ・Please note that the length may be considerably shorter depending on the position and way of folding.
  ・Due to the different coating methods, we generally do not accept repairs on chopsticks made by other companies.
  ・Please contact us as some items cannot be repaired, such as traditional Wakasa lacquerware.

How to request repainting / repair

1. Send

   Please send your chopsticks to us.
   *Wrap the chopsticks in tissue paper, etc., then place them between paper mounts to prevent the chopsticks from breaking.
   *Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

2. confirmation

   After arriving at our office, we will first call (or email) you for an estimate.

   After receiving the package, please pay online (credit card/PayPay) or by postal transfer form.
